Senior Full-Stack Engineer

You'll own client projects end to end — from shaping the technical approach with founders to shipping and running production systems. You'll set the engineering bar for the team and mentor junior developers along the way.
What you'll do
- —Design and build full-stack features in React / Next.js and Node.js with TypeScript
- —Make key architecture decisions: data models, APIs, auth and deployment
- —Work directly with clients to turn product goals into technical plans and estimates
- —Review code, mentor junior engineers and raise quality across projects
- —Own reliability, performance and security of production systems
What we're looking for
- —5+ years of professional software engineering experience
- —Deep expertise in TypeScript, React and Node.js
- —Strong SQL database design skills (PostgreSQL or similar)
- —Experience deploying and operating apps on AWS, GCP or similar
- —Based in the United States and a US citizen or green card holder (we do not sponsor visas)
- —Clear written communication for async, client-facing work
Nice to have
- —Agency or consulting experience across multiple products
- —React Native or mobile experience
- —Experience integrating LLMs or AI features into products
